¶ Security and Retention
We employ reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, log auditing and security monitoring measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we discover a security incident, we will take action and notify affected users as required by applicable requirements.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, handle orders and disputes, maintain security, and fulfill accounting, tax or legal obligations. Retention periods for different categories of data may vary according to their purposes and legal requirements.
¶ Your Rights
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of relevant personal information, or opt out of marketing communications. Some order, payment, security and audit records may continue to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-handling purposes.

¶ Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
胖狐中转 is the application name shown on Google's authorization screen. 胖狐中转 is the spaced presentation of the same brand. Google sign-in and the Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and YouTube connections in Studio serve different authorization purposes. Sign-in alone does not grant access to the data in these connections.
¶ Data Accessed and Its Purposes
Only after you select and authorize a connection do we access data from the corresponding service, according to the permissions you grant and the tasks you request:
- Google sign-in: the account identifier, name, profile picture and email address used for sign-in, to identify your platform account.
- Gmail: the messages you request us to process, including senders, recipients, subjects, bodies, attachments and labels, to find, read or organize emails, or send emails you specify. The operations available depend on the permissions you grant.
- Google Calendar: the calendars, event times, titles, descriptions and participant information you request us to process, to view your schedule or handle calendar events you specify.
- Google Drive: the file identifiers, names, types and corresponding file content you request us to process, to find, read or process files you select. Authorization scopes and file access permissions limit which files can be accessed.
- YouTube: the identifiers, titles, descriptions, statistics and comments for channels and uploaded videos you request to view, for channel or video queries and summaries. When you request an upload, we process the video file, title, description and visibility setting you select and send these to your YouTube channel. Reading and uploading are separately authorized functions. Uploading requires your authorization and confirmation.
Authorization information may include access tokens, refresh tokens where applicable, granted permissions, expiration times and connected-account identifiers, to maintain the connections you enable and carry out the relevant tasks.
¶ Data Processing and Sharing
We use connected data to provide the functionality you actively request. If you ask AI to summarize, organize or otherwise process relevant emails, files, calendar events or video information, the data needed to carry out that task will be processed by service providers that provide the corresponding processing capabilities. You should select only the data you want to use for that task. This sharing is for the processing you request and does not constitute authorization to use the data for other purposes.
When you choose to connect 胖狐中转 to Google services, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
- Access relevant Google data only to provide functionality that you actively request and enable;
- Do not use Google API data for advertising or advertising targeting;
- Do not sell Google API user data;
- Do not transfer the data to third parties except to provide user-requested functionality, investigate security issues, comply with legal requirements, or carry out a business transfer confirmed by the user;
- Do not allow human access except with explicit consent, for security investigations, as required by law, or for aggregated anonymous analysis.
¶ Storage and Retention
Access tokens and refresh tokens in connection records are stored in encrypted form. We also store the account identifiers, permissions and expiration times needed to maintain connections. Connected data and processing results that you actively submit or save in Studio conversations or tasks may become part of the corresponding conversation or task records and are subject to the purposes and retention principles in this policy's "Security and Retention" section. Revoking authorization does not automatically delete conversations, tasks or other historical records that have already been saved.
¶ Revoking Authorization and Requesting Deletion
You can disconnect a service in Studio connection management. This deletes the platform's record for that connection and the authorization information stored in it, and attempts to revoke the token with Google. You can also check and revoke authorization on Google's side directly through your Google Account's connected apps. After revocation, subsequent access that depends on that authorization requires reauthorization.
To request deletion of saved Google connected data, conversations or task records, or to ask about specific retention practices, contact https://fox.platform.acedata.cloud/support, identifying the relevant platform account and the records you want addressed. Disconnecting a service or revoking authorization is not a substitute for a request to delete historical records. Records that must be retained by law remain subject to the exceptions described in this policy's "Your Rights" section.
¶ Policy Changes
We may update this policy and publish a new version on the platform. Significant changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use of the services means that you have reviewed the updated policy.
